Updates

Hey Y'all

 I am so sorry I haven't blogged in FOREVER. So many things have changed and happened since my last blog. Here is a quick list that sums up what has happened since my last post:

• I stopped doing tumbling 
• I started back up with gymnastics after a 7 year break (yeah I know,  not really a break)
• We decided it was time to get a new puppy, and our new puppy's name is Sadie
• I am now a part of the Blythewood Blue Legion color guard
• I am almost done with 8th grade *tear*
• I participated in a "mini meet" at my gymnastics center & received my first metal and trophy

So that just about sums it up. Obviously lots of stuff has happened but those are just the major things! ;)

This is a really random post, but I just wanted to give y'all something!

Just yesterday my family lost a great dog. Her name was Delilah and she was 4 years old, turning 5. She had a very sudden death. She usually runs outside very fast, but this time when we did she ran so fast that she tripped fell and broke her back. My dad and my mom came running because she was basically screaming. They tried to get her to stand up, but she couldn't. She lost all control in her legs. My dad and my sister (my mom wouldn't be able to keep herself together to go, we all LOVE animals) rushed her to the vet where they said that there was nothing that they could do. They had to put her down. We all cried very hard and are continuing to have a hard time with the fact that she is gone. We were not expecting it at all. I would very much appreciate prayers for me and my family. Delilah was very loved and will be dearly missed.

I had been thinking ever sense I got my sewing machine about how to make some overalls my size, well, shorteralls! I am getting some ideas but I dont know how to start. I know I am NOT going to use denim to make them because denim is about $35 for A yard!! So I will use something different!  Any suggestions??

This is a really GREAT song!

Today is the day... My family and I are going to Myrtle Beach! We are all so excited!! We don't get to go on vacations very often because we are a family of 7 so it's pretty expensive. We are very thankful my grandparents have a time share type of apartment thing were we will be staying! The beach is about 30 minutes away but I don't care!! I have a dream.. I am standing on the beach in a sundress eating an Oreo! The Oreo and beach parts are coming true but the dress isn't coming along! :) So happy that God has given us this amazing opportunity!

WOOT WOOT! I made something I didn't know was SO ridiculously easy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I made a doll house blanket and matching pillow!! It literally took my 15 minutes (if that long, and hey, if you are a pro sewer it will probably take you 10 minutes, IF THAT LONG!) Here are some pictures I took!
